Challenge Awards

GRAND PRIZE (minimum $5,000 raised)
Team up with others in your community and share the benefits of being a Catch a Cure for Cancer Challenge Winner! Individuals and businesses raising a minimum of $5,000 or more, will each be eligible for the Grand Prize Award package :

The Moyer Foundation SUITE PACKAGE including 22 tickets to The Moyer Foundation Suite and (4) parking passes on a mutually agreeable date and time in 2009
Food and non-alcoholic beverage service
Five (5) autographed Jamie Moyer baseballs
CACFC Challenge Award certificate

KIDS HELPING KIDS CHALLENGE
If you are under 18, and have a fun and creative idea to help catch a cure for cancer – you be a challenge winner, too! Kids who raising the most funds will be eligible for the first prize award package:

Meet and greet with Jamie Moyer on a mutually agreeable day in the off season
Five (5) autographed Jamie Moyer baseballs
CACFC Challenge Award certificate

All donations must be returned together, with a registration form by September 30th, 2008 to be eligible for Challenge Awards.
