Who we help

The Moyer Foundation identifies and funds quality, community-based non-profit organizations that provide direct service and support to children in severe physical, emotional, or financial distress. The Moyer Foundation seeks to support programs that are meeting a critical need in our community, programs that enhance the stability, health and quality of life for children in all forms of distress

Through a grants review process, the Foundation and its Board of Trustees determine programs to be funded by grants.

Grants from The Moyer Foundation are made possible through the support of a giving community. The Moyer Foundation raises funds for grants and key initiatives through many special events, corporate partnerships and individual donations.

Grant Deadlines
Grants are awarded 3 times per year. 
Applications for corresponding funding cycles are due March 1, June 1, and September 1.
 
Important Note
In January our Board of Trustees approved an emergency allocation to support Haiti relief, specifically targeted to helping children who are victims of the devastating earthquake.  Therefore, applications for the next grant cycle are due June 1, 2010.
