They Had Me At Hello

Reflecting back on this year and some of the sad and tragic circumstances our children, through no fault of their own, found themselves in, I wanted to take a minute to share with you why I am so passionate about supporting Eluna.

A huge baseball fan, I was lucky enough to meet our founders at a Champions for Children event.  That same night, I was also introduced to a beautiful family who had lost their wife and mom.  As the children shared their story and the healing power of Camp Erin with the attendees, what I really found was a community of people who care deeply about helping families.  They had me at hello.

At Eluna, we strive to make a positive difference every day in the lives of children and families affected by grief and addiction.  We provide tools, care, and a doorway to a hopeful future. This year we also launched our Resource Center, which provides customized resources for anyone dealing with some of life's most difficult circumstances.  All of our services are free of charge.

I hope you make the decision to give to Eluna and help us reach even more children and families in 2017.  Your generosity can, and does,  make a  difference.  We welcome you  to join us at camp and also encourage you to direct friends and family to our Resource Center this holiday season, or any time during the year.

On behalf of our alumni - the thousands of children and families whose lives have been affected by grief or addiction  - I thank you all for your kindness and support.
