Adventist St. Thomas Hospice recognizes death as the final stage of life. Adventist St. Thomas is devoted to serving patients and families through compassionate, supportive, holistic care. At Adventist St. Thomas, they respect their dignity, rights and individuality, seeking to make the final days as comfortable and meaningful as possible. Adventist St. Thomas Hospice also has bereavement coordinators, which provide 13 months of support to the families of our patients through letters, literature and phone calls following the death of their loved one. These bereavement services are open to all community members dealing with loss, free of charge. Adventist St. Thomas Hospice is the Moyer Foundation's Camp Erin Chicago partner.
The Willow Center for Grieving Children provides support to children, teens and their families who are grieving the death of a loved one.
