The COPE Foundation provides healing and support to those struggling with the loss of a loved one.
The COPE Foundation offers grief resources including art therapy, peer support groups, massage therapy, music therapy, and Camp Erin NYC. Camp Erin NYC is held at the end of August at a beautiful summer camp in Pennsylvania.
Grief groups, facilitated by professional staff, help children ages 7-17 process and verbalize their grief with other children who share their experience.
The powerful nature of feeling understood, being part of a community and enjoying traditional camp activities has made this weekend incredibly successful and meaningful to all participants.
OUR HOUSE grief support groups create a warm environment of safety and comfort in which children, teens, and adults find the support they need from others who have also experienced the death of someone close.
